Data and GDPR

Data hosting
Three regions on AWS: United States, European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) and Asia Pacific (Australia). The default region is the US. Only Ultimate (formerly Enterprise) accounts hosted in the EU get strict residency, sub-processors included; for other EU accounts, some sub-processors may host data outside the EU. Existing accounts are not migrated to the EU automatically.
GDPR
ISO 27001, 27017, 27018, 27032 and 27701, SOC 2 Type II. Published Data Processing Addendum (DPA); transfers covered by the Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Customer data is not used to train AI models.
